Terms of use
1. Who we are
Matchdaita ("we", "us") publishes statistical analysis of football matches: a model's estimate of how likely each outcome is, a record of what it said and what then happened, and a daily read delivered to members. We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold any money on your behalf or operate under a gambling licence. Contact: hello@matchdaita.com.
2. What the service is, and is not
Everything we publish is an estimate produced by software, and that software is wrong a known and published share of the time. Nothing on the site, in an email or in a message is advice, a recommendation, a tip, or a promise of any outcome. The record is published so that you can judge the model for yourself; past results do not predict future ones. What you do with the analysis is your own decision, at your own risk, and we accept no responsibility for the outcome of any decision you make.
3. Who may use it
You must be 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm that you are, and that nothing in the law where you live prevents you from using the service. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
4. Founders' access and subscriptions
While the record is being built, membership is free ("founders' access"). It will become a paid subscription once the record is long enough to charge for. Before anything becomes paid you will be told by email, nothing will be charged without your agreement, and anyone who joined during the free phase will be offered a founder's price. Paid plans, when they come, renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the period you paid for ends. Prices will be shown inclusive of VAT where it applies.
5. Delivery
The daily read is sent to the email address on your account and, if you connect one, to your Telegram. You can switch email off from your account; disconnecting Telegram stops messages there. We cannot guarantee that any message arrives at a particular time; a bookmaker's prices move, and a read is a reading at the time it was made.
6. Acceptable use
Your account is for you. You may not share your login, resell or republish the read, scrape the site, or use it to build a competing service. We may suspend an account that does.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to publish every day the model has fixtures to read, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change the model, the plans and these terms; a material change to the terms will be emailed to members before it takes effect.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss — including any sum staked with a bookmaker — arising from your use of the analysis. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, where Matchdaita is established. If you are a consumer elsewhere, the mandatory protections of your own law still apply to you.
